When it is time to go don't forget depending on where you are staying on the island you may have a 60 to 90 minute ride to the airport. This is especially important to remember when booking a taxi or transfer early in the morning. The standard recommendation is to be at the airport no later than two hours before your flight. This covers most airlines and destinations.
Should you need to pay any fees at the airport the credit terminals can often go down. It's a good idea to use the ATM or have some cash on hand for excess bag fees and food inside the terminal. There are no Business Lounges or Luxury Clubs in the airport, but we do have a few food stalls and duty free shops.
